Orders are typically processed within two business days, though some products may require additional processing time. Estimated processing time is provided on the product pages.
Customers have 3 different shipping options:
- Standard Delivery
- Second Business Day
- Next Business Day
Standard U.S. Domestic Shipments Delivery Times
Once the order is processed, standard ground delivery is 3-8 business days. Second Business Day delivery is the second business day post-order, for orders received by 1 pm ET. Next Business Day delivery is the next business day post-order, for orders received by 1 pm ET.
Rush shipments are not currently available for international orders, with the exception of Canada.
Every so often a product may be temporarily out of stock even though we've confirmed your order. If this happens, we will let you know by email within 24-48 hours. We'll also let you know when you can expect the product to be shipped.
Orders exceeding 150 lb. will default to freight, the most cost effective shipping method. Freight orders may take up to an additional three days for delivery from standard ground delivery. Once your order has been imported into the distribution vendor system, your order will be put on hold pending your approval of the shipping costs and method. You will be contacted by an Association Customer Service Representative within two business days with the estimate for your shipment for approval prior to shipment. You may also price out and change the shipping method with the representative.
Please allow 10-21 business days for international shipments. Canadian Standard Shipments are subject to an additional Canadian Brokerage Fee that is calculated and applied by the shipper.
